Our hotel has the following facilities at your disposal.
Free! The entire hotel is equipped with free WiFi.
Check-in is from 14:00 till 22:00 if you arrive after 22:00 you must contact the reception. This is necessary to explain the late check in to you, if we are not aware of a late arrival you can not enter the hotel.
You can check out until 11:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible at an additional cost and based on availability
Front desk hours
We do not have a 24-hour reception.
The reception is open from Mon / Fri from 07:00 till 22:00 and Sat / Sun from 08:00 till 22:00.
When you leave the room there is a possibility to store your luggage at the reception.
This must be indicated when checking out. The luggage must be picked up before 22:00 at night.
Because the hotel is in a monumental building we do not have an elevator!
We would like to draw your attention that the reception is closed after 22:00. If you arrive later you are obliged to inform us about your late arrival.
To start your day, enjoy a rich breakfast buffet.
The buffet is open from:
Mon-Fri: 07:30 till 09:30
Saturday: 08:30 till 11:00
Sunday: 08:30 till 11:00
(When not included € 14.00 per person)
Would you like breakfast in bed? You can request our room service menu card at the reception. You can fill this in and hand it in at the reception before 20:00. Your breakfast will then be brought to your room at the time you specify.
For room service breakfast we charge €6.00 per person room service fee.
If you have special requests such as a surprise in the room, separate beds, allergies or other special request? We ask you to contact the reception.
We have a delicious bar food menu for our guests that you can enjoy in your room.
You can find the menu in the room. You can easily place your room service order by calling the reception or sending a WhatsApp message to +31 (0) 6187 04 144.
The surcharge for room service is €6.00 per order.
On the 1st floor you will find our lounge, where you can relax while enjoying a drink or snack.
If you do not have a credit card, the hotel may ask for a deposit at check-in. We charge €50.00 deposit (for the Junior Suite €150.00)
If you are under 21 years old we charge €100.00.
This can be paid in cash or by card.
We will refund the deposit upon check out, provided the room is left in good condition and the house rules have not been violated.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel. In case a guest smokes inside of the room a cleaning fee of €175,00 will be charged.
The hotel is not wheelchair friendly.
However there are a certain number of rooms located on the ground floor, which can be reached by 2 steps. Available on request/availability.
We would also like to welcome your four-legged friend in our hotel.
To make your and other guests’ stay as pleasant as possible, some house rules regarding pets apply. Your four-legged friend can be brought after a written confirmation.
The surcharge for the stay of your dog is €10.00 per night.
Children and extra beds
Free! Children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
For older children or adults we charge €30.00 per person per night for extra beds.
This must be booked in advance.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room: 1
(in the small double room and Junior Suite it is not possible to place an extra bed)
A baby bed is available for children up to 3 years.
The cost is €15.00 per night, if available.
Privé Taxi service
We offer a private taxi service for our guests, the taxi can only be booked at the reception. The taxi service must be booked at least 1 day in advance and is subject to availability.
